AI crawler visits

See which AI bots actually read your site.

An AI tool can only use what its crawler has read. This report shows which AI crawlers visited your website in the last 30 days, how often, and which pages they read, so you know whether the pages you want quoted are being read at all.

In short

How do I see which AI crawlers visit my website?

Connect your site in Found in AI. On WordPress, install the plugin the dashboard gives you. On a site behind Cloudflare, or built with Next.js, PHP or Node, paste the short snippet instead. The report then lists each AI crawler that read your pages in the last 30 days, how often, and which pages.

The details

How it works in practice.

32 AI crawlers by name

GPTBot and ChatGPT-User from OpenAI, ClaudeBot from Anthropic, PerplexityBot, Gemini Deep Research, Applebot, Meta, Amazon, Common Crawl and more, grouped by the AI tool behind them.

The pages they read

Your most-read pages for each tool, so a page that no AI crawler ever opens stands out, and you can link to it from pages they do read.

A WordPress plugin, or a few lines

On WordPress, download our plugin with your key already inside and activate it. Any site on Cloudflare, Next.js, PHP or Node can paste a short snippet instead.

Nothing slows your site

The plugin and snippets only react to AI crawlers and send the bot name and page address after the page is served. Your visitors are never tracked.

Questions about AI crawler visits

Does it work on Shopify?

No. Shopify does not let any app or theme see which bots read a store, so crawler visits cannot be counted there. Visitors who reach your store from AI tools are still counted when Google Analytics is connected.

Does a crawler visit mean AI will name me?

No. A visit means the AI tool read the page. Whether it names you in an answer is what the rest of your report measures.

Can a bot pretend to be an AI crawler?

Yes. A bot can claim any name, and the report counts requests that say they are these crawlers. It does not check where each request came from.

Is it included in my plan?

Yes. AI crawler visits come with every Found in AI plan, from Starter to Connect Pro.

Not just another AI tracker

More than a score. Four things a tracker leaves out.

A tracker tells you whether you were named. Found in AI shows where a competitor wins, writes the answer (and publishes it, where your site supports one-click publishing), and puts an AI analyst and a real agency behind it.

Gap analysis

Every question where AI names a competitor and not you, ranked by what it costs you. Few tools show this.
