The product
What is AI visibility?
It is what AI tools say when your customers ask them about your trade. For each question we record whether the answer names your business, whether it links to your site, which competitors it names and in what order.
Which AI tools do you check?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews. Every tracked question is put to all 5 of them on every scan.
How are the questions chosen?
You track up to 25 questions, written for your trade and your area. They should be the questions your customers really ask before they choose someone, and we help you pick and word them.
Does it work if my site is not on WorkspaceCMS?
Yes. Tracking reads what AI tools answer, so it works on the website you already have, on any platform: Shopify, WordPress, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace or anything else.

Results
Can you guarantee that AI tools will name my business?
No. No one can guarantee what an AI tool says, and anyone who promises it is guessing. AI tools write their own answers and those answers change. Found in AI measures what they say, so you can see where you stand. Results are not guaranteed.
What does a report show?
For every question and every AI tool: whether you were named, whether you were linked, which competitors were named and your position. On top of that, a score and grade, a trend over time, a leaderboard and what changed since your last scan.
What is a gap, and what do I do about one?
A gap is a question where an AI tool named a competitor and did not name you. The report pairs each gap with a suggestion of what to publish on your site to answer that question. Publishing it is up to you, and it does not guarantee any outcome.
Why do the answers change between scans?
AI tools update their models and the sources they read, and the same question can get a different answer from one week to the next. That is why the report tracks a trend rather than a single snapshot.

How often are scans run?
Every month on Connect ($149 a month) and every week on Connect Plus ($299 a month).
What is the difference between the two plans?
Besides how often we check, Connect Plus adds an AI chat agent on your website and more questions a month for Sage, your AI assistant. Both plans include the Lead Follow-up agent and the same report.
I want a new website too. What are my options?
WorkspaceCMS Premium builds a new site and includes AI Visibility. On sites hosted on WorkspaceCMS it also adds gap-answering post drafts written by AI Blog Writer and an AI crawler report.
Where do I sign up and pay?
Checkout happens on app.workspacecms.ai, the WorkspaceCMS dashboard where your reports live.

What do you need from me?
Your website address and the questions you care about. Nothing needs to be installed on your site to track it.
Is the site available in Spanish?
Yes. Every page of this site is available in English and in Spanish. Use the language switcher at the top of any page.
