Do I need a campaign to use Found in AI?
No. Found in AI is built for you to track yourself. A campaign is an option for businesses that want a team working on their gaps.
Will a campaign get me named by ChatGPT?
No one can guarantee what an AI tool says, and we do not. A campaign does the work that gives AI tools a clear, well-sourced answer about your business, and your scans show what they say after it.
Do I have to move my website?
No. Campaigns run on the website you already have. Campaigns on WorkspaceCMS cost less because we control the platform, and they are for local businesses only.
How long does a campaign run?
Monthly campaigns start with a six-month term and then run month to month. One-time projects, such as a schema rollout, are quoted separately.
