Quick answers
I cannot remember my password.
On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password?” to reset it, or “Email me a sign-in link” to get in without one. Use the email address you signed up with.
Where do I find my report?
Log in to your dashboard. Your latest report is there, with every question, every AI tool and what changed since your last scan.
An answer in my report looks wrong.
AI tools change their answers over time, so the same question can get a different answer from one scan to the next. If one still looks wrong, send us the question and the AI tool and we will look at it with you.
How do I change the questions I track?
Send us a message with the questions you want to add or swap, and we will help you word them for your trade and your area.
I want to change my plan or my billing details.
Send us a message from the contact page and tell us what you would like to change. We will take care of it and confirm by email.
